Mark-Vu has been installed in 1,300 locations in Korea.

We would like to express our gratitude to our customers who have consistently loved and supported Mark-Vu.

As the usage of Mark-Vu continues to increase, we are seeing a continuous rise in customer A/S (After Sales) requests.
The two most frequent A/S requests are ① PG installation requests (due to customer PC changes or additions) with a frequency of 38%, and ② hospital customer photo transfer requests (due to photographer's mistake in shooting under the wrong customer name) with a frequency of 22%. These two A/S request types, which account for about 60% of the total requests, take about 10-30 minutes to process, which has been identified as the main cause of increasing A/S call waiting times.

As the increase in A/S call waiting times can lead to customer dissatisfaction, we are providing guidance for customers to handle these two types of requests themselves.
① PG installation requests can be easily installed by downloading the program from our website's customer support>program section.
② For photo transfer requests, a dedicated PG (photo transfer program) is available in the customer support>program section of our website to facilitate easy transfer.

In addition, we will create instructional videos to make it even easier to use.

We will continue to improve the system to ensure that Mark-Vu becomes a product that satisfies our customers' needs and wishes. This is a measure to prevent a decrease in the quality of A/S due to the long processing time, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
